Submit a legal task

Each task is a piece of work a junior lawyer might be given: a set of matter documents, a short instruction, a model answer and a marking scheme. Upload it here as one zip of a folder that contains:

  documents/          5 to 30 matter documents (.eml, .docx, .pdf, .xlsx, .pptx, .md, .txt)
  reference/          your model answer, one file per output, ideally Markdown (.md)
  task.json           title, practice area, jurisdiction, outputs and 10 to 120 criteria

Read the contributor guide and download the sample task (zip), which shows every part in the required format.

After upload we check the structure, then grade your reference answer and an empty answer against every criterion. The reference answer must pass at least 95% of the criteria and the empty answer almost none. After uploading you get a reference number. Send it to your point of contact and we will get back to you.

By submitting, you confirm that the task is your own work, contains no confidential client information or real personal data, and that you may license it to us.
